Reports – Generated Overview

Overview

The generated tab is designed to give you a quick overview of scheduled reports and their status. It should be noted that this section will also store automatically generated files from the “Tools” tab. An example of a report generated through the “Tools” tab includes credit reporting files. The Generated tab itself is subdivided into four different sections:Reports - Generated - Overview

  • Reports – Archived: This tab gives you a chronological list of all automatically generated reports.
  • Reports – Scheduled: This tab gives you a list of pending automatic reports, as well as tools to alter / edit pending reports.
  • Tools – Archived: This tab gives you a chronological list of all reports automatically generated through the tools tab.
  • Tools – Scheduled:  This tab gives you a list of pending automatic reports to be generated through the tools tab, as well as tools to alter / edit pending reports.

It should be noted that the functionality of the Reports – Archived and Tools – Archived tabs, is exactly the same as the Reports – Scheduled and Tools – Scheduled tabs.

To access the “Generated” tab, select Reports > Generated.
