AutoPal Software includes an easy to use, yet effective, email tool to help you effectively communicate with your clientele. This is accomplished through an integration with Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) to facilitate email correspondence. Even though all emails sent through AutoPal are actually sent by Amazon SES, you can make it look like they are coming from your company email addresses. In order to do this, addresses must first be verified by Amazon SES.
Email address verification requires that you navigate to Settings > Company Management > Emails. Here you will see a list of all the email addresses available within your company. Click the Verify link to the right of the address you want to verify. Once selected the system will send a verification email to that address. The automated verification email will include a link that must be selected to complete the process. Simply click the link in the email to complete the verification process.
You can add and verify as many company email addresses as you would like, and assign them to individual emails. Once verified, the “Not Verified” tag, will change to “Verified”. Additionally, all enabled emails (of both the trigger, and event based type) will begin to send to loan-accounts that meet the trigger based qualifications. This step is generally considered the final step of email configuration.
Additionally, it should be noted that you can have multiple verified email addresses. Simply select the “New Email Address” icon, and add the desired address. Once complete, you will then have to verify the newly created address, which can then be assigned to your email notifications.
