There are two primary reasons why your QuickBooks balance and your AutoPal balance won’t match on an account. The first is that transactions have been added or deleted directly inside of QuickBooks. The second is that transactions haven’t sent from AutoPal to QuickBooks.
If transactions have been deleted directly inside of QuickBooks, the best option is to send those transactions from AutoPal again. To do this, go to the QuickBooks tab inside the loan in question. Find the payment that needs to be sent over to QuickBooks, and select the “payment” button to the right of the payment.
